The Eye Behind the Lens
Born from forty years behind the lens and inspired by a mother & grandmother who were both photographers and artists, and saw the world uniquely, The Scrying Lens is rooted in a simple belief: magic is everywhere, most people just walk past it. Based in the greater Phoenix area, I chase light across the Superstition Mountains, through the streets of Arizona, and wherever the road takes me next. My camera is how I find what the eye almost misses, the cinematic moment hiding inside the ordinary one. I hope at least one of these images makes you feel what I felt when I took it.
